This Week's Menu

It is that time.  I've officially switched out my cupboard out, I had a delicious piece of pumpkin staff of life for breakfast amongst my java (thanks, Suz!) as well as nosotros picked our commencement pumpkin this weekend.  We're full-on autumn mode.



Tonight I'm making this wonderful roasted pork loin amongst apples as well as onions, along amongst white cheddar grits for dinner.  Emma as well as I are going to brand to a greater extent than or less Salted Caramel Sauce later schoolhouse for the apples nosotros bought over the weekend as well as  I'm making a big pot of Rainbow Soup for our lunches.

Mon : Pork Loin amongst Apples & Onions (This pork loin roast takes a footling piece to make, only this faster Pork Tenderloin amongst Apples & Onions is a quicker version for a Mon night.
Mon After School : Caramel Apples amongst Salted Caramel Sauce



Tuesday : Rainbow Soup (leftovers for lunch!) & Mini (oven!) Smores



Midweek : Skillet Lemon Roasted Chicken
