Recipes : Entertaining : Unproblematic Lobster Grill

Sometimes on the weekends, we're inwards the mood for something special, simply aren't inwards the mood to become all dressed upward as well as pass $100+ on dinner out.  So, final weekend, nosotros treated ourselves to a $25 lobster dinner at home.

Menu :

4 - three ounce Lobster Tails (for $15)

2 ears of Corn, buttered

Boiled Red Potaotes

Salad amongst Lemon Vinaigrette :

1/2 Cup of Olive Oil

1/3 Cup of White Wine Vinegar

2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced

1 Lemon, juiced

2 Teaspoon of Salt

2 Teaspoon of Pepper

Combine all of the ingredients inwards a jolt as well as shake.  Store inwards the refrigerator.
