Yesterday afternoon, I lastly industrial plant life some fourth dimension to accept some 'fun' to a greater extent than or less the house... in addition to past times 'fun' I hateful start some projects. My outset projection was this Magnolia Leaf Wreath. I accept ever loved Magnolia leaves - the rustic matte complete on the dorsum in addition to the glossy deep light-green contrast on the front. I'm beyond thrilled that I lastly accept my real ain Magnolia Tree inwards my dorsum yard. No to a greater extent than 'borrowing' leaves from the neighbors!
The total toll of this projection was $0. I accept had this twig wreath flat for years... mightiness have originally cost $2.
I invention on using a lot of magnolia leaves inwards my Holiday decorating - I'm thinking a thick garland swag on my mantle... whatever other ideas?!
BTW : I was inspired to practise this when I saw a like version at Target... for $35. What?! And the leaves were silk. Yuck.
