Greek Pasta Salad
This summertime I've actually been into prepared salads. I made them at the start of the calendar week too conk along them inwards the refrigerator thence I accept something slow for dejeuner that is a petty meliorate than a PBJ. I copied this salad from mt local favorite, Verrill Farm. I had it for dejeuner 1 24-hour interval too then straightaway bought all of the supplies (there) to arrive for myself.
Greek Pasta Salad
1/2 pound of penne pasta, cooked too rinsed
1 cucumber, peeled sliced
iii medium tomatoes, diced
1/4 loving cup of carmine onion, thinly sliced
1/2 loving cup of kalamata olives, chopped
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
four ounces of crumbled feta
1/2 loving cup of olive oil
1/2 loving cup of carmine vino vinegar
1 teaspoon of dried italian seasoning
1 teaspoon of bounding main salt
1/2 teaspoon of dark pepper
Combine cooked pasta, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, olives, parsley too feta inwards a large bowl. In a minor bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar too seasonings. Pour over pasta too vegetables, toss.
