Tomato, Watermelon & Feta Salad Amongst A Citrus Vinaigrette
This salad is my novel obsession - I've made it nearly five times inwards the final week. It is sweet, only abrupt in addition to completely delicious. It goes perfectly amongst a burger, kebabs or grilled shrimp... all of which we've had this calendar week amongst this rattling salad!
Tomato, Watermelon & Feta Saladwith Citrus Dressing
1/4 loving cup orangish juice
1/4 loving cup lemon juice
1/4 loving cup minced shallots
i tablespoon sugar
1/2 loving cup olive oil
i teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 seedless watermelon, cutting inwards 1-inch cubes
ii cups of tomatoes, 1-inch die
four ounces feta cheese, 1/2-inch diced
Whisk together the lemon juice, shallots, sugar, salt, in addition to pepper. Slowly pour inwards the olive oil, whisking constantly, to cast an emulsion.
Place the tomatoes, watermelon in addition to feta inwards a large bowl. Drizzle amongst plenty vinaigrette to coat the lightly in addition to toss well.
