Guacamole for Cinco de Mayo
Mr. Darcy's birthday is on Cinco de Mayo. He volition hold upwards 4-years-old. We'll hold upwards celebrating amongst a mini household unit of measurement fiesta:
Shrimp Tacos
Black Bean & Avocado Salad
Red Pepper Margaritas
Guacamole (recipe below)
iii avocados, large dice
one clove of garlic, sliced
v greenish onions, sliced
1/4 loving cup of blood-red onion, pocket-sized dice
one tablespoon of lime juice
1/2 teaspoon of body of body of water salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/8 teaspoon of blood-red pepper flakes
one pocket-sized tomato, pocket-sized dice
1/4 loving cup of blood-red pepper, pocket-sized dice
With a spoon, scoop avocados out into a bowl. Add all of the ingredients. With a fork, toss the mixture, peachy slightly. I similar my guacamole chunky, exactly proceed stirring if you'd similar it smoother.
