Porcini & Murphy Gratin Recipe

After my friend served this at a dinner political party over the holidays, I was completely obsessed.  It is unproblematic to assemble, simply hence delicious too decadent.  It pairs perfectly amongst beef for a exceptional dinner.  Find the master copy recipe here at Bon Appetite.  I've included my step-by-step photos too tips below.

You laid out past times slicing the potatoes real thinly.  Place 1 layer inward the bottom of a buttered dish.  I made 1/3 of the recipe too cooked it inward a pie dish.



I sautéed the mushrooms amongst the garlic earlier adding 1/2 over the commencement layer of the potatoes.
