Nine Colouring Salad - The Perfect Jump Salad

This "Nine Color Salad" is from a house inward KC called Spin Pizza.  They specialize inward gourmet woods fired pizzas amongst actually high quality, uncomplicated ingredients.  This salad is thus tasty.  I'm non certain if it is the combination of all of the dissimilar greens, or the mash of the radishes in addition to celery, or how the feta combines amongst the vinaigrette in addition to coats the leaves of lettuce, simply any it is - it is great.  And totally cravable.  Yes, a cravable salad.  This is how I recreated it for our friends concluding weekend:

Boston Bibb Lettuce
Radicchio
Radishes
Red Onion
Celery
Scallion
Feta Cheese
Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
Dried Italian Herbs
Olive Oil

Red Wine Vinaigrette

1/4 loving cup of Red Wine Vinegar
ane tablespoon Dijon Mustard
ane tablespoon Lemon Juice
ane teaspoon of Dried Italian Herbs
ane tablespoon of Sugar
2 teaspoons of Sea Salt
ane teaspoon of Cracked Pepper
1/2 loving cup of Olive Oil

Roast the cherry tomatoes past times drizzling them amongst a twosome of tablespoons of olive oil, thus sprinkling amongst dried Italian herbs.  Roast at 425 for 5-8 minutes.  Let them cool piece y'all prepare, launder in addition to chop the other salad ingredients.  To brand dressing, milkshake together all of the ingredients inward a jounce or stir them together amongst a whisk.  Toss all of the ingredients in addition to serve.
