Emma's Baptism | Emma's Heirloom Christening Gown & Handmade Slippers | Character Fourth Dimension Amongst Her Dad

Emma was baptized a duo of weeks agone at my family's church building dorsum home.  After what seemed similar a whirlwind of a forenoon (yes... these days getting everyone arrive at for church building in addition to brunch is our Definition of whirlwind - my how things of changed!) nosotros returned dorsum to my parents' trouble solid exhausted.  Just every bit nosotros were getting arrive at to alter Emma into something to a greater extent than comfy to wearable for the afternoon, I realized I hadn't gotten whatever photos of her - merely her past times herself inwards her pretty outfit. 

Yes, I had gotten groups of menage unit of measurement members asset her, us standing at the alter, closeups of the cinnamon rolls in addition to whoopie pies, but somehow I forgot to get got photos of her.  Humph.  Here is a serial of shots I captured of the newly baptized infant laughing at her Dad.  This is the skillful stuff.  If I were tweeting this it'd get got a tag similar #InbetweenTheBigMoments.

This clothing was made past times my Grandma's sister, Erma for my Dad's Baptism 50+ (wink, wink...) years ago.  My sister, her miss Sam in addition to I wore it also. 

I dearest the hem lace especial on the bottom - in addition to then frail in addition to elegant.  These booties were made past times i of Mike's Mom's friends.  They are amazing.
