Slow Simmered Beef Ragu | Tomatoes, Wine, Thyme, Rosemary, Cream & Parmesan

1/4 loving cup of olive oil
3 carrots
2 ribs of celery
1 yellowish onion
six cloves of garlic
six large light-green olives
1 loving cup of cerise vino
2 pounds of stew meat
1 - 28 ounce tin dismiss of whole peeled San Marzano tomatoes

1 sprig of rosemary
1 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves
1/4 loving cup of fresh basil leaves (about six large leaves)
1 tablespoon of body of body of water salt
1/4 teaspoon of cerise pepper flakes

....
1/4 loving cup heavy cream
1/4 loving cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese
fresh basil
....
pasta (homemade or dried)
parmesan cheese for serving



Finely mince (or role your novel nutrient processor from Christmas similar I did) carrot, onion, too celery.  In a large sauce pan, dutch oven or stock pot, add together the olive fossil oil too gear upward minced vegetables over medium estrus until they've softened - most 3-4 minutes.

Smells thus good.    Add them to the sauce.


Add tabular array salt too cerise pepper flakes.
