Chocolate Fleck Blondies | The Barefoot Contessa Project

You all know that Mike loves Chocolate Chip Cookies.  He ever insists "don't laid what's non broken."  An for him, it doesn't larn improve than a skilful chocolate flake cookie.



I knew he'd locomote excited close these Chocolate Chip Blondes (officially Chocolate "Chunk" but I used chips because that's what I had) because they are basically Chocolate Chip Cookies inwards bar form.  Not basically, that's precisely what they are.  In fact, I mean value it is The Barefoot Contessa's exact Chocolate Chunk Cookie recipe, simply baked inwards a baking dish vs. scooped into cookies.

True to form, these cookies I hateful blondies are delish.  My exclusively banker's complaint is that I exclusively baked them for 22 minutes of the recommended xxx in addition to they create non seem every bit goey or moist every bit pictured inwards Foolproof.  I wonder if it is because I used a metallic canvas pan vs. a drinking glass baking dish?  Anyone else run across this problem?
