Easter is a special holiday for so many reasons– and Easter brunch is traditional meal to celebrate the glorious day! We usually start the day with biscuit breakfast casserole or quiche and cinnamon rolls, then have a big Easter egg hunt with the kids at my in-law’s. They’re hosting again this year and we’re each bringing a favorite brunch recipe.
