Jalapeno & White Cheddar Scones





Butternut & Beef Chili

As a scone is basically a biscuit (Right? Correct me if I'm wrong...), I idea it would last a non bad comfort nutrient to larn a long alongside the chili instead of the classic corn bread.  I used classic chili toppers, cheddar in addition to jalapenos, inwards the scones to brand them chili ready.

jalapeno & white cheddar
Scones
   
four cups of flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1 loving cup of cheddar
iii tablespoons of jalapenos, minced

four eggs

In a mixer, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cheddar in addition to jalapenos using the paddle attachment.  Cut the mutual depression temperature butter into 1/2 inch pieces.  Add the butter to the dry out ingredients in addition to mix on depression until the butter is mixed inwards in addition to is the size of peas.  In a split upward bowl, mix together eggs in addition to whipping cream alongside a fork.  Turn the mixer on depression in addition to slow add together the cream in addition to egg mixture.  Turn off the mixer in 1 lawsuit added.
