Halloween Cupcakes | Ghost Meringue Cupcakes

Ghost Meringue Cupcakes

Spooky Halloween Treats




24 Chocolate Cupcakes (I role a box!)
1 recipe of Chocolate Buttercream (recipe below)
White or Brown Cupcake Liners

10 Oreo Cookies, crumbled
1 recipe of Swiss Meringue (recipe below)
two Piping Bags (I role disposable, you lot tin purchase here)
Black Food Coloring
Toothpick


I similar all of the dissimilar shapes in addition to sizes of the meringue 'ghosts' - it makes them appear similar they convey dissimilar personalities.
 

Swiss Meringue

iv egg whites
1 loving cup of sugar
1 pinch of cream of tarter
