Recipes | Quick Shrimp Pad Thai Inspired Recipe For $15

For dinner final night, I made this pad thai inspired shrimp recipe. The spicy, tangy lime juice as well as fresh vegetables brand this dinner super satisfying. Total toll for this dinner is $15.


2 tablespoons of petroleum (vegetable, olive...)
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 loving cup of mushrooms
2 carrots, chopped
1/4 loving cup of babe corn
1/4 loving cup of H2O chestnuts
10 scallions, chopped
1 teaspoon of chili paste
3 limes, juiced
1 loving cup of water
2 tablespoons of chocolate-brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon of crushed ruby-red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1/2 pound of angel hair, linguine or rice noodles
1/4 loving cup of chopped peanuts

Cook the pasta according to the directions.

In a sauté pan, laid upward shrimp inwards petroleum alongside garlic for nigh three minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pan as well as laid aside. Add a flake to a greater extent than olive petroleum to the pan, if necessary, as well as saute the carrots, mushrooms, babe corn as well as H2O chestnuts for 2-3 minutes.

Mix together chili paste, lime juice, chocolate-brown sugar, ruby-red pepper flakes as well as soy sauce. Pour into saute pan alongside vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbly. Reduce heat.

Add inwards scallions, shrimp & pasta. Toss. Garnish alongside chopped peanuts.
