Last calendar week I made a lite as well as slow dinner alongside actually fresh ingredients.
We started alongside this salad :
Green Goddess Dressing
1/2 loving cup of sour cream
2 tablespoons of white vino vinegar
1/4 loving cup of fresh basil
1 tablespoon of fresh chives
Romaine
Tomatoes
Avocado
Fresh Pecorino Ramano Cheese
Salt & Pepper
For the entree...
1 pound of cod fish fillet
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 shallot, sliced
1 lemon : 1/2 sliced, 1/2 juiced
1/4 of white wine
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt & Pepper
In a skillet, gear upward the fish inward i tablespoon of olive crude oil for almost 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan as well as laid aside.
Add the remaining olive crude oil as well as garlic, shallots as well as lemon slices. Saute for two minutes. Deglaze the pan alongside the white vino as well as trim for almost 3-5 minutes (on medium low). At the end, stir inward the butter as well as season. Place the fish dorsum inward the sauce to warm.
