Chicken Tortilla Soup :

2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 pocket-size xanthous onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 pocket-size carrot, chopped
1/2 loving cup of blood-red tomatoes
6 cups of chicken stock
6 corn tortillas, torn into i inch pieces
2 tablespoons of canned chopped light-green chiles
2 ears of corn

Drizzle olive fossil oil on chicken breast, thus sprinkle amongst common salt & pepper.  Roast the chicken on a baking canvass for 25 minutes at 425 degrees.  

In a stock pot (or medium sauce pan), hit onion, garlic in addition to carrot inward olive oil.  Add blood-red tomatoes in addition to chicken stock.  Bring to a deadening boil, thus add together tortilla pieces.  Stir until tortillas are soft.
