Grilled Halibut & Lemon Chive Risotto

Grilled Halibut alongside White Wine Lemon Butter Sauce
1 pound of Halibut
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
2 tablespoons of butter
1 whole lemon
1/3 loving cup of white wine
Drizzle the halibut alongside olive oil, the sprinkle generously tabular array salt & pepper. Grill for near 5-6 minutes on each side. For sauce, melt butter inwards a minor sauce pan, mash inwards the lemon in addition to add together wine. Reduce for two minutes. Pour over fish.
Lemon Chive Parmesan Risotto
