Everyday : Recipes : Kona Cabbage Salad & Pineapple Chili Glazed Grilled Chicken
Tonight I was inward the mood for something low-cal for dinner... also many "Summer Comfort" dishes lately. So, I recreated my favorite salad from Kona Grill.
1 caput of Napa Cabbage, chopped
1/2 caput of Red Cabbage, chopped
5 greenish onions, sliced
1 packet of Ramen Noodles
3 tablespoons of butter
2/3 loving cup of olive oil
1/3 loving cup of sugar
1/3 loving cup of ruby-red vino vinegar
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 pound of chicken breasts
Sweet Pineapple Chili Grilling Sauce (most grocery stores)
Combine cabbages too greenish onions. Crumble upwards ramen noodles into melted butter inward a saute pan. Saute lightly, too thus add together them to the cabbage mixture. For the dressing, whisk together oil, sugar, vinegar, garlic too soy. Pour over the salad too toss.
Brush the chicken amongst grilling sauce. Grill for four minutes on each side.
