Easter Lemon Meringue Pie | Jump Dessert | Lemon Dessert For Easter


This is my favorite pie.  It is a real uncomplicated recipe that is real versatile - I arrive equally mini tartlets for parties or swap the lemon juice for primal lime.  In this post, I used meringue, simply I typically prefer whipped cream.  Either selection is groovy - the meringue takes a picayune fleck to a greater extent than time, simply it does await groovy when toasted on the tips.

Lemon Pie
2 pocket-size pies 8" or i large 10"

two cans of sweetened condensed milk
vi egg yolks
i loving cup of fresh lemon juice*

Put pastry crust into pie plate.  I used a ceramic quiche dish because all of pie tart pans in addition to pie plates are packed!

In a mixing bowl, stir together condensed milk, egg yolks, juice in addition to zest.  Mix until combined.  Pour into the crust.
