The Best Chocolate Buttercream



Mike doesn't similar frosting - isn't that the close annoying affair ever?  He's e'er telling me to entirely seat a piddling fighting on cakes together with cupcakes.  For those of us who convey coveted the "corner" pieces of birthday cakes, this asking is difficult to embrace (or obey).  When I detect an icing or frosting that Mike loves, I know I convey struck gilded - equally I convey amongst this chocolate buttercream.  It is non likewise sweet, non likewise chocolately together with gloriously creamy.

The Best Homemade
Chocolate Buttercream



1 stick of butter, melted
1 1/2 cups of cocoa
1/2 loving cup of milk (plus more)
2 sticks of butter, softened
5-6 cups of powdered saccharide (plus peradventure more)
1 teaspoon vanilla

In a drinking glass bowl, melt 1 stick of butter inwards the microwave.  Add cocoa together with milk together with microwave for 1 to a greater extent than minute, stir to mix. 

In a mixer, cream ii sticks of butter together with powdered sugar.  Add cocoa mixture slowly.  Add vanilla.   Mix on high for ii minutes.  Add to a greater extent than milk or powdered saccharide until the desired consistency.



Whip together for a dyad of minutes until good combined.  


Add butter inwards ii tablespoons at a fourth dimension until incorporated.  Whip for 2-3 to a greater extent than minutes.


Add to a greater extent than milk or powdered saccharide to attain desired consistency.





Cake Baking Tips :

I role Parchment Paper to business the Round Cake Pans.   I of late restocked both the White & the Natural Unbleached (shown here).  I role the cake pan to depict a circle, therefore cutting it out.  Then I cutting strips to business the sides of the pan with.  I role a piddling butter to concord it inwards identify - only swipe the stick around the pan ane time to create some glue.
