Coconut Cupcakes



 Coconut Cupcakes

one white cake mix
one stick of butter, melted
one loving cup of milk
three eggs
one tablespoon of vanilla edible bean paste
1/2 teaspoon salt 
fourteen ounces of sweetened shredded coconut

ii sticks of butter, softened
four ounces of cream cheese, softened
four cups of powdered sugar
milk

In a mixer fitted amongst a paddle, combine cake mix, butter, milk, eggs, vanilla together with salt.  Beat on medium for three minutes.  Stir inwards one-half of the coconut.  Divide batter into a muffin tin sack lined amongst cupcake papers.  Bake equally directed on the box.  Cool.


For the frosting, trounce together butter together with cream cheese inwards a mixer.  Add powdered saccharide a petty fleck at a time.  Add a tablespoon of milk at a fourth dimension until it is a squeamish consistency.  Frost cupcakes.  Top amongst remaining coconut.
