Lemon & Chive Roasted Fish & Vegetables | I Canvass Pan Recipe

serves 2-3

2 tablespoons of butter

2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of chives, fresh
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
...
1 tablespoon of cream
splash of white vino or stock (optional)

Pile vegetables on a large canvas pan, $8.  Generously flavor fish amongst salt.  Place pieces of fish on top.  Stir together oil, lemon juice, garlic as well as chives.  Drizzle fish as well as veggies amongst  lemon mixture.  Place butter pieces approximately the pan.

Roast inwards the oven for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees until fish is fully cooked.

Plate veggies as well as fish.  Add cream as well as vino to the pan to brand sauce.  Pour over fish.
