Today I'm sharing "real" photos (as opposed to staged...) from a typical weeknight dinner at our house.  To survive honest, I had planned taking "pretty" photos of this dinner the side yesteryear side twenty-four hours amongst our leftovers (as I ordinarily do...) but nosotros didn't convey any!  How's that for an endorsement...

Our Barefoot Contessa Project Continues :

I'd heard (through an associate at my jcrew...) that the Crispy Mustard Chicken inward Foolproof was a lilliputian "mustardy."  So, I opted out of the mustard all together, but instead ramped upwardly the lemon element yesteryear using lemon juice together with olive fossil oil to coat the chicken (instead of brushing amongst dijon together with white wine), thence roofing it inward the garlic, panko, lemon zest, thyme, butter together with fossil oil mixture.  It was fabulous.  I made a white wine, butter together with meyer lemon sauce to larn over it - yum!!  Also, I accompanied it amongst something I'd been wanting to campaign for a while...

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the garlic, thyme, two teaspoons salt, together with 1 teaspoon pepper inward a nutrient processor fitted amongst the steel blade together with procedure until the garlic is finely minced.
