Let me apologise in advance for doing this to you. For letting you decide which one is better → Nutella or Chocolate Stuffed. Because we couldn’t! The flavour in these is just incredible: Classic Churro. And because Churro Pancakes aren’t enough it seems — in this house anyway. we apparently needed to stuff them like we’ve stuffed everything lately. Including our faces. Like these Nutella Stuffed Churro French Toast from months ago.
You guys love Churro. Don’t deny it, I can tell. I have cool stats on my blog that tell me so. Just as much as you love giant Skillet Cookies. And the Churro Skillet Cookie has gone just as loco as the Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie.
So, with everything Churro happening lately; a full jar of Nutella in the cupboard; and small bags of milk and dark chocolate melts, the house was divided. Half wanted Nutella Stuffed Pancakes; and the other half wanted Chocolate Stuffed. So I made an assortment. Kind of like the buffet of choices your faced with at a Churro-teria from heaven above. And I know I can only try to measure up to them. Believe me, that’s hard to do.
Anyway, when you become a first hand witness to the melting chocolate flowing out of a pancake coated in Cinnamon Sugar that tastes just like a Churro? Let me know. It’s like a feeling never felt before. A sensual one.
These are pretty simple to make. Kind of like the Cinnamon Sugar Donut Pancakes; only on a whole other plane of epicness. Because Churro.

Fluffy pancakes. The fluffiest most perfect, buttery pancakes turned into a Churro for breakfast. You feeling me?.
We don’t do no scrubs around here like TLC. We do good sh*#.
These are perfect for a weekend breakfast, or even dessert. Actually, let me rephrase. These are perfect for whenever wherever…we’re meant to be together, I’ll be there and you’ll be near, and that’s the deal my dear, something something….you got me head over heels…I forgot the rest of the words. Sorry Shak.
Oozing chocolate…melted Nutella….Churros. Say that without drooling once.
